Purchases

• If you wish to purchase any product, item, or service made available through Savor Seeker (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase. All purchases are one-time payments unless explicitly stated as part of a subscription plan.

Subscription Plans

• Savor Seeker offers subscription plans for certain services or features. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the agreed-upon cycle. Details regarding the subscription plan, renewal, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, for both one-time purchases and first-time subscription payments. After the first 7 days after the first payment charges, no refunds will be applicable. Subscription cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle. Once a subscription is renewed, refunds cannot be provided.

Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of Savor Seeker and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Feedback

• Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, “Feedback”) provided by you to us with respect to the Service shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Savor Seeker.
